@breadwriter is Melissa's correct handle. My eyesight is funky but Sir Bobby Farts-Alot is a happy camper. (My starter) I'm making bread today -- with spent grain (Donn made beer yesterday) and added psyllium seeds for extra fiber. I'll post it on @Donnsabine on insta if it turns out 😉
